Teaching space planning:
The undergraduate department was established in August 1986 when the Kinmen branch of the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences was established. When it was first established, the Kinmen branch was located on a higher vocational farm. The undergraduate department had one classroom and one laboratory. In 1987, two iron houses were built on the farm for food engineering and processing internships. In the same year, the food engineering department had an independent department office on the farm, and ordinary classrooms were borrowed from the Hu Xiao Science Museum.
The third building of our school, the Polytechnic Institute, was completed in the 100th year of the Republic of China and is located in Sipu Forest Farm. The undergraduate department has one department office, six research rooms, four general classrooms, one department association office, and four laboratories. The space is spacious and complete, and all functional spaces are available.
